In one year, Monica lost 30 pounds

How Monica started

During college, Monica gained the freshman 15! She realized living off pizza and ice cream was not the correct way to live. Monica wanted to lose weight. She decided to start running. She contacted her sister, Jenn, who was a personal trainer. She started a training plan and followed it. After a while, she became addicted! She saw her 89 year old grandfather playing wheelchair volleyball and at that moment, she wanted to help everyone! In 2014, Monica became a certified Personal Trainer specializing in senior citizens and youth.
